HISTORY OF JAIPUR: THE CITY BUILT WITH PLANING 

jaipur was founded in 1727 by Maharaja sawal jai singh. it is the first city in india that was built with a complete plan. the beauty of this city, designed according to Vastu shastra and shilpa shastra, is worth seeing. the walls of old jaipur were painted pink, which gave it the name "PINK CITY". every corner of this city gives a glimpse of history.

HAWA MAHAL: ARCHITECTURAL MARVEL

Hawa mahal is the most famous and photogenic spot of jaipur. it was built by Maharaja sawal pratap singh in 1799. this five-storey building has 953 windows, which are called "JHAROKHAS". due to these windows, cool air always flows in the palace, hence it is called Hawa mahal. if you are fond of photography, then the pictures here will enhance the beauty of your camera

AMBER FORT: THE PRIDE OF THE PRINCELY STATES 

Amber fort is situated on the Aravalli hills, about 11km from jaipur. this fort was built by Raja man singh and used to be the main residence of the kings of jaipur. the walls and palaces of this fort are decorated with magnificent Meenakari and mirror art. if you are interested in history and architecture, then this place is no less than heaven for you. the "Shesh mahal" and "Diwan-e-Aam" here are worth seeing. apart from this, you can reach the fort by riding an elephant, which makes your journey even more special.

JANTAR MANTAR: A MIRACLE OF SCIENCE AND ASTRONOMY

Jantar mantar in jaipur is not just a historical place, but it is also a wonderful example of science. it has been included in the UNESCO world heritage list. it was built by Maharaja Jai Singh to study astronomy. huge instruments have been built here to measure the speed of the sun and time. this place is informative and exciting for both children and adults. 

CITY PALACE: AN INTRODUCTION TO ROYAL LIFE

City palace, located in the heart of jaipur, is another wonderful place. this palace is the residence of the royal family of jaipur and some part of it is open to the public as a museum the costumes, weapons, paintings and royal glimpses here give you an insight into the royal traditions of Rajasthan. the "Chandra Mahal" and "Mubarak Mahal" here are special attractions.
