the history of Goa is very unique as it was under the rule of the Portuguese for 450 years. the Portuguese came to India in and made Goa their Centre. they left a deep impact on the architecture, culture and food here.

Goa was included in India in 1961, but the Portuguese influence is clearly visible in its culture. every corner of Goa tells a unique story- its churches, forts and old houses reflect this.
